I liked staff and cleanliness, which were amazing. The breakfast was served in the restaurant.

Well, the bathroom was dirty and Wi-Fi was very poor.

Loved my perfect 10/10 stay for a mini vacation. I was met by competent and respectful staff at the lobby.

The staffs were pleasant & welcoming. Magnificent and incredible location close to London Guarantee Building.

The venue is big and exceptionally clean with a good value and respectful staff.

I loved this original hotel. Its location was central, walking distance to Riverwalk. The beds were extremely hard here, however it was a such wonderful stay all in all.

Internet connection was terrible, made me a little nervous.

Everything was good! The room was airy and I loved the beachfront location. Staff were more than helpful and provided local information. Generally the service was perfect.

Big hotel with best possible location adjacent to Navy Pier, all the restaurants. Non-smoking room, exceptionally comfortable beds, great pool.

The bed was comfy, the staff was amenable. Pool was excellent and there was a nice restaurant on site.

With the help of the extremely helpful staff, we had an excellent stay. The property was neat and nice and the location was stunning! Beautiful bathroom, and an iron, an electronic key card and a work desk. There was a river and lakes close to the place. Furthermore, the hotel was within walking distance of a contemporary art museum.

We stayed 3 nights and it was a good fit. The pool was very clean and the room was bright and airy. Service in the hotel was great too.

Location and food of this pet-friendly hotel were excellent. Though the view was incredibly beautiful, I had large bedroom. Comfortable lobby. Great stay in this beach area. Moreover, a neo-Gothic skyscraper was 5 minutes' walk away.

Breakfast was delicious, bed was good, downtown area. Staff were amazing and kept the place spotless. Well stocked, original room with flat-screen TV, a coffee machine and a writing desk. Having different hot drinks in the poolside bar was a very nice touch. This TERRIFIC hotel was in efficient business location.

Luxury hotel, perfect location, we booked a queen room and really loved it. Just a 20-minute stroll to the center. It was set at walking distance from Grand subway station.

Navy pier was just a few steps away from the hotel. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like west egg cafe that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Near North Side district deserves your attention. Honestly nothing to complain about: D
